Oliviatsu Preparation Arrive 15 minutes early
Wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothes

Procedure Shiatsu sessions are
performed on a futon-type (padded) surface on the floor in a
specially prepared, quiet environment in my studio at home.
I use subdued lighting, relaxation music, ocean wave sounds,
and shoji screens for privacy. Treatments are designed to meet
the individual needs of each client. A session can last from
30 minutes to one hour and a half. The session usually begins
with an assessment or diagnosis of the abdominal area to determine
the particular needs and condition of the client. As the session
progresses from head to foot, specific pressure points are used.
Oliviatsu Treatment Plan
To maintain your bodys healthy,
comfortable feeling after having a session, start with regular
sessions once a week for 4 to 6 weeks. Then go to once every
other week, every third week, or once a month, whatever your
body needs to stay at its optimum level. Staying healthy is
less painful than getting well. |
